    Veterinarian

Dr. Stetzer has recently purchased Central Animal Hospital, but he is no newcomer to the South Florida scene. He owned a bustling practice in Coral Springs for many years before departing for Massachusetts. After 5 years of ice and snow, he realized the error of his ways and returned to the sunshine. He has reunited with many of his old friends/clients, and is delighted to be making so many new ones.

Dr. Stetzer is a graduate of the veterinary college at the University of California at Davis. After graduation, he completed a two year internship at Animal Medical Center in New York, and then a 3 year residency in pathology at the Medical School at the University of Washington, in Seattle. After completion, he joined the faculty of the Veterinary School at the University of Florida, where he taught for 6 years before making his way to our community.

    Office Greeter

Karma came to us as a young feral in terrible shape. She is approx 10 months old now and has really come out of her shell. She initially was very shy and hid all the time. As time has passed she has decided that she wants to be seen. Very often she will stick her paws under the exam room doors to play with whatever patient may be in there. She doesn't even mind the dogs. Some of our boarders will play chase with her and she initiates it!
